RETURN POLICY & EXCHANGE POLICY

Complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us if interested in exchanging an item for something else. Your item may be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase and exchanged for another unit of the same price. Please inquire about pricing differences if would like to change the specifications of the unit or item. Wigs cannot be exchanged or returned for liability and hygiene purposes.

Custom items (wigs, keratin extensions, seamless hair, etc.) cannot be returned. Any mistake on our part, we gladly will exchange for the correct product.

Customer must complete return/exchange form and submit online. Once it is completed,you will receive an confirmation email of your return/exchange. If a unit is exchanged, we will not except units in which the lace has been cut or show signs of wear—-NO EXCEPTIONS!!! We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were placed as a custom order.

Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and must be returned in its original condition. We will not accept merchandise that has been altered / worn (brushed, combed, cut, or washed, etc.) in any way.
